Sunshine Group Breaks Ground on $2 Billion Mega-Urban Project West of Hanoi

Sunshine Group held a groundbreaking ceremony on August 1 for its ecological urban development project spanning approximately 250 hectares across three communes – Phúc Lộc, Phúc Thọ, and Hát Môn – in western Hanoi. The project boasts a total investment of $2 billion. Strategically located adjacent to the West Thăng Long Avenue, slated for completion in 2027, and in close proximity to major transport routes like National Highway 32 and Ring Road 4, the development is poised to offer nearly 2,000 villas to the market upon completion. The largest villas will span between 2,000 and 2,500 square meters each. Commercially known as Noble Rivera, the project stretches 11 kilometers along the river, aiming to create a unique riverside landscape and maximize the value of its ecosystem. In addition to villas, the development will feature a system of inter-level schools, a commercial center, a plaza, and a hospital. Sunshine Group and its subsidiaries are currently involved in approximately 20 projects with a total investment of about VND 215 trillion. Along the West Thăng Long axis, the group has two other projects under construction besides the newly commenced Noble Rivera. In the second quarter, Sunshine Group recorded a surge in business performance, with revenue increasing 46-fold to nearly VND 10.9 trillion. After deducting expenses, the company's after-tax profit reached VND 4.535 trillion, an increase of 110 times compared to the same period in 2025. For the first half of the year, Sunshine Group reported net revenue of VND 11.664 trillion and after-tax profit of VND 4.832 trillion.
