Therefore, when the responsible officials investigated the contacted phone numbers, it was found that they were registered under the name of Dr. Khine Su Yee, and initial findings revealed suspicious connections between Dr. Khine Su Yee and Ngein Chan U. Later, around 7:30 a.m. on June 30, Ngein Chan U, disguising his voice and impersonating the kidnapper, contacted them again by phone, saying, "When will you transfer the money? The 3-day deadline has passed. I don't want cash, only KBZ Pay. If you don't transfer, Ngein Chan U will be included in the list for mandatory military service. Transfer 100 million kyats only to Ngein Chan U's KBZ Pay account." Based on this, necessary investigations were carried out to arrest the suspect, and around 12 p.m. on June 30, Ngein Chan U and Dr. Khine Su Yee were arrested at a hotel in Tamwe Township. Ngein Chan U confessed that he had cut off contact with his family on June 27 to spend more time with his girlfriend and had falsely claimed to have been kidnapped without thinking, and therefore, further legal proceedings will be carried out in accordance with the law.
