He further emphasized that the cooperatives will serve as the primary channel for distributing government subsidies, ensuring more targeted delivery and preventing irregularities, including smuggling. "All subsidized goods must be distributed to the people through the Red and White Village Cooperatives. It must be done! I say this must be done," the President asserted. The KDKMP program aims to build a modern, digitally-based cooperative ecosystem at the village level. It will focus on strengthening village economies through food security, savings and loan services, and affordable healthcare, including village pharmacies and cold storage facilities to assist farmers and fishermen.
