Prabowo Summons Forestry Minister, BMKG Chief to Discuss Forest Fires

Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto convened a meeting with top officials from relevant ministries to discuss measures against forest and land fires (Karhutla) in anticipation of the dry season. Those summoned included the Minister of Environment and Forestry and the head of the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).
