Vietnam Introduces New Regulations for Foreign Recruitment of Vietnamese Workers

The Vietnamese government has issued Decree 371, introducing new regulations for the recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers by foreign organizations and individuals. Effective November 15, 2026, the decree aims to enhance transparency and oversight in the hiring process, replacing parts of Decree 152/2020/ND-CP.
