The Vietnamese government has approved an implementation plan to position traditional medicine as a new pillar for public health and national development. This decision follows the conclusion from the General Secretary and President at a working session with the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health regarding the development of Vietnamese traditional medicine, as stated in Notice No. 68-TB/VPTW dated May 26, 2026, from the Central Party Office.
