Visayas, Mindanao to experience cloudy skies, rain due to LPA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) forecasts that the trough of a low pressure area will bring rain to parts of the Visayas and Mindanao on Saturday. Typhoon Choi-Wan is located outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
