Cambodia Holds Joint Training for ASEAN University Sports Games Preparation
The Cambodian Student and Student Sports Federation has launched a joint training session on general and technical regulations for 15 national sports federations and relevant departments, in preparation for the 23rd ASEAN University Sports Games in 2028. The training aims to enhance efficiency and success in hosting the upcoming event.
The Cambodian Student and Student Sports Federation has commenced a joint training session on general and technical regulations, aimed at preparing for the 23rd ASEAN University Sports Games to be held in 2028. Mr. Kae Bun Khieng, President of the Federation, encouraged the 15 national sports federations and departments attending the training to pay close attention to the instructors' guidance to ensure thorough preparation for the upcoming event. Mr. Kae Bun Khieng expressed his great pleasure in presiding over the opening ceremony of the training session, which focuses on general and technical regulations for the preparation of the 23rd ASEAN University Sports Games in 2028. On behalf of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and the Cambodian Student and Student Sports Federation, he warmly welcomed and sincerely praised the attendance of directors and technical officials from the 15 national sports federations. He emphasized the critical importance for participants to diligently listen to the instructors' guidance to ensure effective and successful preparations for hosting the Games in 2028. The training on general and technical regulations is scheduled from September 12 to 15, 2026. Participants include representatives from the 15 national sports federations, six individuals from the Department of Event Organization and Sports Statistics, and six from the Department of Student Physical Education and Sports, totaling 42 participants.
