Authorities in Phnom Penh conducted an unannounced inspection at a luxury condominium as part of a crackdown on online scams and to promote security regulations. No online scamming activities or illegal acts were found during the inspection, which also aimed to disseminate a sub-decree on security management for residential complexes.
