Typhoon No. 4 Approaches Northern Vietnam Coast, Warnings Issued for Strong Winds and Heavy Rains

Typhoon No. 4 (Narra) is approaching the coast of northern Vietnam, particularly off the provinces of Quang Ninh and Hai Phong. Maximum wind speeds near the center are reaching 74 km/h, with warnings issued for damage to buildings and infrastructure in coastal areas and flood risks inland.
