Deputy Prime Minister Hun Many Urges National School of Administration Graduates to Enhance Public Service

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service, H.E. Dr. Hun Many, has urged all officials and trainees of the National School of Administration to apply the knowledge gained from their training in their respective institutions to enhance the efficiency of public service delivery to the people. This statement was made during the closing ceremony of the 2025 academic year and the opening of the 2026 academic year of the National School of Administration, held at the Cambodia Academy of Technology on the afternoon of July 8, 2026. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Dr. Hun Many, representing His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Addressing the attendees, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the government consistently views civil servants as "human capital" or "assets" that require continuous investment and training in knowledge, skills, discipline, and professional ethics. In this regard, he urged all trainees, who represent a significant potential resource for Cambodia, to utilize their acquired knowledge to elevate institutional capacities and contribute to the implementation of government policies, particularly in improving services for citizens upon their return to work. Concurrently, he highlighted the crucial role of the National School of Administration, not just as a place for knowledge acquisition through training, but as an institution that fosters ideals and shapes the mindset of civil servants, ensuring they clearly understand their roles and responsibilities. He further stated that the new knowledge and experiences gained from the school are valuable assets that will help officials achieve career success based on the principles of meritocracy, transparency, justice, and equity. In conclusion, H.E. Dr. Hun Many stressed that those who have completed their studies at the National School of Administration are potential human capital who will become good leaders with positive consciousness and a high sense of responsibility in serving the nation, both in the present and in the future.
