The Deputy Government Spokesperson stated that the election was postponed after the Central Administrative Court issued an order to temporarily suspend the enforcement of the condition requiring registration to exercise the right to vote. The government and relevant agencies respect the legal process and intend to review the work plan in accordance with the court's order, protecting the rights of employers and insured individuals, and maintaining the transparency of the fund. The court's order is a temporary suspension of the condition in the announcement linking registration with the right to vote, and not an order to cancel the entire election process. The Ministry of Labour needs to adjust the work plan in accordance with the law and is preparing to appeal this order so that the election can resume as soon as possible. To avoid any actions that might violate the court's order, relevant agencies must await the legal outcome.
