Kandal Provincial Governor Kuoch Chamroeun visited the family of retired soldier Yeng Kokmeng, a corporal, who is resting and recovering after childbirth at Udom Boot Hospital in Vihear Suok commune, Sakk Kandal district, Kandal province on the afternoon of July 13, 2026. The governor presented the family with a sum of money and gifts. During the occasion, Governor Kuoch Chamroeun conveyed greetings and well wishes from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, and Samdech Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, as well as from Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister, and his wife Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet.
