Plans also include supporting the development of medicinal plant products and offering tourism experiences themed around "Returning to the Origin" through the "Enjoy Da Nang 2026" festival. It is recognized that innovation in state management is essential to achieve these urban development goals. The Da Nang Party Committee recently announced decisions regarding personnel appointments, aiming to modernize and streamline the organization. Accelerating the resolution of projects, preventing prolonged procedures, and building a professional and modern Vietnamese Red Cross Society Da Nang Chapter under new circumstances are also highlighted as key administrative priorities. Da Nang's development as an international innovation city can be interpreted as part of Vietnam's economic growth strategy under its one-party system.
