Cambodia and Japan Collaborate to Enhance Electronic Navigational Chart Production Capacity

Cambodia has signed a Record of Discussions (R/D) with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to enhance its capacity in producing, updating, and distributing Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC). The project aims to improve navigation safety, transportation efficiency, and economic connectivity, commencing in January 2027 for approximately 48 months.
