Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Visits South Korea and Mongolia

Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, accompanied by his wife and a high-level delegation, paid an official visit to South Korea and Mongolia from September 6th to 11th. The visit was made upon the invitation of Cho Jeong Sik, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, and Sandag Byambatsogt, Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia. The purpose of this visit is to further strengthen the strategic partnerships between Vietnam and both South Korea and Mongolia. Notable news from September 5th included the opening of the new academic year, the official visit of the President of Myanmar and his wife to Vietnam, and efforts to accelerate the implementation of the Vietnam-France Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
