Wing Bank Pledges KHR 600 Million for Scholarships at Chea Chanto College

Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. will provide KHR 600 million in full scholarships for 18 academically talented students from underserved communities to attend Chea Chanto College. The commitment is part of a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
