Baste Duterte: Would have blocked GenCorp deals if aware of sister's stake

Davao City Mayor Sebastian Duterte testified before the Senate impeachment court that he would have blocked the city from awarding contracts to GenCorp Industries Inc. had he known of his sister, Vice President Sara Duterte's, stake in the company. He emphasized his lack of awareness regarding his sister's involvement in GenCorp contracts.
