Mondulkiri Governor to Award Motorcycles to Top-Performing High School Graduates

Mondulkiri Provincial Governor Kong Kimny is preparing to award five motorcycles to five students who achieved the highest "A" grade in the 2026 high school graduation examination, as an incentive for their academic efforts. Speaking to Kampuchea Thmey on September 2, Mr. Kong Kimny stated that he will find a suitable time to present these awards to the capable candidates who recently passed with an "A" grade. He emphasized that this award aims to encourage students to strive harder in their studies, overcome all obstacles, achieve success in life, and contribute their knowledge to further develop the nation. This valuable prize is seen as a demonstration of the provincial leadership's attention to the education sector and the enhancement of human resource quality within Mondulkiri province. Furthermore, it serves as a message of encouragement to students throughout the province to continue their studies, compete based on merit, and achieve even better results in the future. It is reported that a total of 768 students (468 female) took the high school graduation examination in Mondulkiri province on August 10-11, 2026, at the Hun Sen Mondulkiri High School examination center. As of September 2, 727 students passed the examination, with 5 achieving "A" grades, 45 "B" grades, 151 "C" grades, 300 "D" grades, and 226 "E" grades.
