Vietnam-Mongolia Comprehensive Partnership Elevated to New Heights
Vietnam and Mongolia have agreed to elevate their comprehensive partnership to a new level, reaffirming the historical foundations of their bilateral ties. Key priorities include boosting economic, trade, and cultural exchanges.
Vietnam and Mongolia have agreed to elevate their comprehensive partnership to a new level, building upon the strong traditional friendship that has long existed between the two nations. This relationship, nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh and successive leaders of both countries, continues to develop robustly to this day. The historical ties between Vietnam and Mongolia date back very early. Recently, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man paid official visits to South Korea and Mongolia. These visits aimed to expand the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and South Korea, and the Comprehensive Partnership between Vietnam and Mongolia. As a result of these engagements, efforts were made to promote effective cooperation between Vietnam and Mongolia. Furthermore, the establishment of a regular dialogue mechanism between the legislative bodies of both countries is being encouraged. In the cultural sphere, the Mongolian University of Arts and Culture honored Vietnamese director Le Quy Duong. This enhancement of relations aims to further deepen cooperation in economic and trade fields, and to promote mutual understanding and friendship among the peoples of both countries. Mongolia is particularly seen as an important partner for Vietnam in Central Asia, possessing the potential to contribute to economic growth and regional stability.
