Cambodia Explores Commercial Court to Unlock Stalled Assets

Phnom Penh | 5 August 2026 The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC) will host a business luncheon on Wednesday, 5 August, bringing together leading legal, banking and investment experts to discuss how a dedicated Commercial Court could strengthen Cambodia’s business environment and help unlock stalled commercial assets. The event, titled “The Commercial Court: Putting Stalled Assets Back to Work,” will explore how a stronger commercial dispute resolution framework can improve investor confidence, enhance access to finance and create a more predictable environment for business and economic growth.
