In Takeo Province, Cambodia, Governor Vey Samnang met with party officials from seven communes in Prey Kabbas district for discussions. The meeting was held on the morning of July 25, 2026, at the Prey Kabbas District Cambodian People's Party office. Governor Vey Samnang, a member of the Cambodian People's Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Takeo Provincial Cambodian People's Party Committee, conveyed warm greetings from Party President Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Party Vice President and Prime Minister Samdech Bouratey Hun Manet to the party officials and residents of Prey Kabbas district. During his remarks, Governor Vey Samnang deeply emphasized the political vision and national leadership. He stated that changing or replacing a country's leadership is not an easy task. If citizens, as voters, make incorrect decisions due to deceptive propaganda or incitement, the nation's future could face severe risks, leading to crises, chaos, and the loss of hard-earned achievements. Furthermore, Governor Vey Samnang provided recommendations and guidance to the leadership and all commune party members. He urged every party official to diligently go to the people, understand their real-life difficulties and needs, and promptly help resolve their issues. He also encouraged them to explain the tangible achievements resulting from the Cambodian People's Party's correct leadership and policies to the public, fostering clear understanding. He motivated citizens to continue actively participating with the government under the leadership of the Cambodian People's Party to ensure the continuous progression of development, security, and prosperity.
