Cambodia Hosts 23rd ASEAN Public Service Cooperation Meeting in Siem Reap

On the morning of August 3, 2026, the 23rd ASEAN Public Service Cooperation Meeting (ACCSM) was held in Siem Reap province, Cambodia. The meeting was presided over by H.E. Yok Bunna, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Civil Service. The event was attended by high-ranking officials, focal points of ACCSM, and representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat. During the opening of the meeting, H.E. Yok Bunna led discussions and coordinated on key legal documents, work progress, and various agenda items with the senior officials' delegations from all ASEAN member countries. This was aimed at ensuring that the ministerial-level meeting, to be held on subsequent days, would achieve fruitful results and high success. This significant regional meeting is intended to strengthen cooperation, exchange experiences, and promote innovation in the field of public service among ASEAN member states and partner countries. The ultimate goal is to enhance the efficiency of public service delivery to citizens.
