Sihanoukville Deputy Governor chaired a meeting to review the progress of the environmental management plan for the CEL & CEL II coal-fired power plant. The meeting assessed environmental indicators such as air and water quality, noise, vibration, and waste management, as well as responses to local residents' concerns.
