According to Karina Amanda, VP Corporate Secretary of PT KAI Commuter, the disruption occurred at 1:38 PM. "There was an operational disruption of the Commuterline facility at Bojong Gede Station, and it is currently being handled by officers, with preparations underway for a replacement KRL unit," she stated. Despite the disruption, the KRL service between Bogor and Jakarta continues to operate, utilizing a single track alternately at Bojong Gede Station. KCI (KAI Commuter Indonesia) has issued an apology for the inconvenience caused. KCI is urging passengers to follow the directions and information provided by on-site personnel.
