Phnom Penh New District to Build 450m Concrete Road with 2026 Commune Fund

This initiative involves the construction of a new concrete road, approximately 450 meters long and 7 meters wide, located along Street 1980 in Phum Tumb, Phnom Penh Thmey. The primary objective of this road construction is to enhance the transportation infrastructure and improve the daily lives of the local residents. During the project's implementation, the Chairman of the District Council and the Commune Chief, accompanied by district council members, relevant officials, and community representatives, inspected the construction site. Their focus was on monitoring the progress, the quality of the construction, safety measures, and site management. This on-site inspection, conducted on September 1, 2026, aimed to ensure that the commune fund project adheres to the approved plan and technical specifications. It also sought to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the work, so that the completed road can serve the community's needs effectively and for an extended period.
