Kandal Province Leaders Attend Funeral of Mother of Senior Military Official

Kandal Province leaders, led by Chairman of the Provincial Council Nou Sakhorn and Governor Kouch Chamroeun, attended the funeral ceremony and paid respects to the late Maha Upasika Buddhhasanopatham Seak Nak on July 3, 2026. She was the biological mother of Brigadier General Nai Nyom, Commander of the Kandal Military Operations Area. The somber ceremony was held at the deceased's residence in Ta Khmau City, Kandal Province, to offer merit to the soul of the deceased, who passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 88 due to old age.
