Officers found the 17 Chinese nationals engaged in various roles, including factory management, machinery installation and operation, electrical wiring, accounting, and construction. A document check revealed they lacked the necessary work permits. All 17 were arrested and charged with working without a permit or performing work beyond their authorized scope. They were transferred to Plaeng Yao Police Station for legal proceedings.
