Siem Reap Province Celebrates Model Public Service Providers in Education and Health Sectors

On Sunday morning, July 19, 2026, H.E. Prak Sophorn, Governor of Siem Reap Province, led government officials in a parade to celebrate the exemplary public service institutions in the education and health sectors for the year 2025, along the main roads of Siem Reap city. Based on strict procedures, five public service institutions in the province, including secondary schools, primary schools, and health centers, were evaluated by the National Public Service Institution Evaluation Committee as model institutions in the education and health sectors for 2025. This recognition received the highest commendation from Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. For providing exemplary public services in the education and health sectors in 2025, Siem Reap Province celebrated the following institutions: * Khmer-Japanese Friendship Secondary School (Preah Indrakosha): National Number 1 * Kouk Chork Health Center: National Number 1 * Srae Noy Health Center: National Number 4 * Kravan Primary School: National Number 4 * Aranyarongsey Secondary School: National Number 9 These awards aim to encourage the improvement of public service quality in Cambodia and recognize the contributions of these institutions to the local community, particularly in the vital fields of education and health. The recognition of a secondary school with strong ties to Japan as the national number one also highlights the positive outcomes of bilateral cooperation.
