Capacity Building Training : NPT Council Chairman attends closing ceremony

Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council U Kan Myint Than attended the closing ceremony of the Capacity Building Training Batch No. 2 (2/2026) for ward and village tract administrators in the Union Territory of Nay Pyi Taw on September 4 at the Zabuthiri Hall of the Nay Pyi Taw Council Office. In his opening speech, the Chairman urged the administrators to utilize the laws, rules, procedures, and practical operational skills learned during the training to deliver effective public services. He emphasized that while understanding laws and rules is crucial for an administrator, mere knowledge is insufficient and they must also correctly apply them in practice. Afterward, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman presented completion certificates to a representative trainee from Lewe Township, and Administrator of the Nay Pyi Taw General Administration Department U Than Swe Win presented certificates to a representative trainee from Dekkhinathiri Township.
