Vietnam's Top Leader Arrives in New York for UN General Assembly
Vietnam's top leader, General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong, has arrived in New York to attend the UN General Assembly. He is expected to present Vietnam's new development strategy and its contributions to the international community. Domestically, issues like textbook shortages and changes in education policy are also being reported.
