Vietnam's Top Leader to Visit US, Canada to Bolster Ties, Attend UNGA 81
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyễn Phú Trọng, will visit the US and Canada for the UN General Assembly and a state visit. The trip is expected to further advance the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and the US.
