Palace Orders Alternative Learning Mode in NCR, 15 Areas Amid Habagat, Haze
Malacañang has ordered schools in Metro Manila and 15 areas in Luzon to shift to alternative learning modes on September 4 due to heavy rains and poor air quality. The measure is in response to the enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat) and haze from Indonesia.
