Romualdez behind bagmen’s tale, says Remulla; plunder raps unaffected
Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla dismissed the recantation of four alleged bagmen of former Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co, stating it would not affect plunder charges against former Speaker Martin Romualdez. Remulla accused the Leyte congressman of orchestrating the men's actions.
