Cambodia Requests UNESCO Report on Shelling Damage at Preah Vihear Temple
Phnom Penh Governor has formally requested UNESCO to submit a report detailing severe damage to the Preah Vihear Temple, a World Heritage site, caused by Thai military shelling in July 2025. UNESCO officials have already visited the site to assess damage and plan restoration.
