H.E. Ambassador Khuon expressed gratitude to the university for the project achievements implemented in Cambodia. Furthermore, the Ambassador put forward three initiatives: 1. Requesting the university to consider the possibility of providing additional scholarship quotas for Cambodian students. 2. Establishing a training program for nurses. 3. Creating cooperative ties with the National Defence University of Cambodia.
