Vietnam's Top Leader Enhances Diplomatic and Economic Ties During European and Russian Tours

In scientific and technological collaboration, the launch of a new infectious disease prevention and control laboratory was cited as a concrete outcome, building on decades of cooperation through the Joint Vietnam-Russia Tropical Science and Technology Research Centre. To Lam was also honored with the Lev Tolstoy International Peace Prize in Moscow, recognizing Vietnam's contributions to global peace.
