Cambodian PM Congratulates High School Graduates, Praises Efforts and Encourages Resits

Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia has extended his congratulations to students who achieved excellent results in the 2025-2026 high school leaving examination (Baccalaureate), via a social media post on the afternoon of August 1st. The Prime Minister acknowledged the examination, which took place from August 10th to 11th, 2026, and praised the successful candidates for their diligent efforts. Concurrently, the Prime Minister encouraged students who did not achieve favorable results not to be discouraged. He urged them to strive harder in their studies to improve their outcomes in the following year's examination, or to seize opportunities in vocational training or further education to develop their knowledge and skills, secure a stable career, and build a bright future. This message from the Prime Minister serves to recognize the achievements of students within Cambodia's education system while also providing ongoing support and encouragement to young individuals facing academic challenges.
