PM Hun Manet Congratulates High School Graduates, Encourages Those Who Failed to Persevere
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet congratulated students who passed the high school graduation exam (Bak Doup) and encouraged those who did not to persevere through further study or vocational training. This year's pass rate was 84.06%.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has congratulated students who achieved excellent results in the 2025-2026 high school graduation examination (Bak Doup). He also encouraged students who did not achieve satisfactory results to not be discouraged and to strive to study further. Prime Minister Hun Manet stated, "I congratulate all students who have achieved excellent results in the high school graduation examination. At the same time, for students who have not achieved satisfactory results, please do not be discouraged and strive to study further. You can also seize opportunities for vocational training or further studies to develop your knowledge and skills, secure a clear career, and build a bright future." The high school graduation examination (Bak Doup) took place on August 10th. The overall pass rate was 84.06%, with a total of 125,975 candidates passing the exam. Of the successful candidates, 2,022 received an 'A' grade, 8,848 received a 'B', 23,422 received a 'C', 44,869 received a 'D', and 46,814 received an 'E'.
