President Prabowo to Attend 28th PKB Anniversary Celebration

President Prabowo Subianto of Indonesia has confirmed his attendance at the climax of the 28th anniversary celebration (Harlah PKB) of the National Awakening Party (PKB), scheduled for Thursday evening, July 23. This was revealed by PKB Chairman Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, widely known as Cak Imin, after meeting with President Prabowo on Wednesday, July 22. "Yes, I met with the President earlier. God willing, the President will attend tomorrow (Thursday, July 23)," Cak Imin stated in Jakarta on Wednesday evening. When asked if President Prabowo would deliver a speech at the PKB anniversary event, Cak Imin, who also serves as the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs, affirmed positively. "Yes, definitely. Definitely," he said. Previously, the PKB had announced its invitation to President Prabowo for the climax of its 28th anniversary celebration, slated to be held in Jakarta on Thursday night. "The climax event will be held on the evening of July 23, and God willing, the President of the Republic of Indonesia along with all leaders of friendly political parties will attend," said Rivqy Abdul Halim, Deputy Secretary of the 28th Harlah PKB Committee, at the DPP PKB Office on Monday, July 6.
