MSB Bank has officially inaugurated its new headquarters and trading exchange in Hanoi, marking a significant step in its digital transformation and customer service enhancement strategy. The opening ceremony took place on July 30th, coinciding with the bank's 35th anniversary. Located at 54A Nguyễn Chí Thanh Street, the new headquarters integrates advanced technology solutions, including self-service kiosks and smart transaction counters, aiming to elevate the customer experience. Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Chairman of MSB's Board of Directors, stated that the new facility represents a milestone in the bank's development and underscores its long-term investment in infrastructure, technology, and human resources. The goal is to foster a modern work environment, drive innovation, and improve service quality. A key feature of the new headquarters is the "Flagship Advisory Hub" on the first floor. This next-generation branch model boasts an open design incorporating digital solutions such as information display screens, an AI robot named NOVA to assist customers, and self-service transaction systems. These innovations are designed to reduce transaction times and empower customers. The bank has also deployed a team of "Digital Coaches" to guide customers from traditional banking to digital channels and offer personalized financial advice. The "Smart Counter" system digitizes many processes, minimizing paper usage. Customers can initiate certain cash transactions via the mobile app before completing them at the counter, further streamlining the process. MSB emphasizes that the integration of technology is not to replace human interaction but to transform the role of tellers from transactional processing to higher-quality customer advisory and service. Beyond customer-facing innovations, the new headquarters also dedicates significant space to the working environment for over 1,000 employees, spanning floors two to five. This area features an open-plan design and flexible workspaces to enhance collaboration and foster innovation. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh, Member of the Board of Directors and CEO of MSB, highlighted that the new headquarters is an investment in the bank's personnel, expecting it to provide a more creative and collaborative environment that allows employees to maximize their potential and contribute greater value to customers. Founded in 1991, MSB has grown to serve over 8 million individual customers and 100,000 corporate clients nationwide. The bank views this new headquarters as a testament to its future development direction, focusing on people, technology, and customer experience to bolster its competitiveness and service standards.
