Vietnam's Top Leader Meets French President, Strengthening Economic and Strategic Partnership

On September 10, local time (evening of the same day, Hanoi time), Vietnamese Party General Secretary and President To Lam met with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris, the French capital, following official talks, and they jointly met with the press.
