Cambodia, Philippines Pledge Stronger Military Ties, ASEAN Observer Mission Cooperation
Cambodia and the Philippines have agreed to strengthen military cooperation and enhance the efficiency of the ASEAN Observer Team. Cambodia's Commander-in-Chief expressed gratitude for the Philippines' contribution to monitoring ceasefire agreement implementation.
