The Pharmaceutical Factory (Inyaung) in Kyaukse Township of Mandalay Region has resumed production of single-use syringes. Deputy Minister for Industry and MSME Development U Thwin Aung attended the reopening ceremony, together with Mandalay Region Minister for Electricity, Industry and Transport, officials from Myanmar Pharmaceutical Enterprise, and the chairman of Valves Private Limited. They inspected the syringe production line, quality testing, and packaging system. The factory currently produces 44 types of medicines including injections, powders, and ointments. From now on, it will also produce four types of syringes, with a target of 10 million syringes per year to meet local demand.
