Sandiganbayan Orders Archiving of Graft Case vs. Fugitive Ex-Lawmaker Zaldy Co
The Sandiganbayan, the Philippines' anti-graft court, has ordered the archiving of a graft case against former lawmaker Zaldy Co, who has been at large for over six months. The court has yet to acquire jurisdiction over Co since the arrest warrant was issued.
