Sandiganbayan Archives Graft Case Against Fugitive Zaldy Co
The Sandiganbayan has archived the criminal case against resigned congressman and fugitive Elizady “Zaldy” Co over graft charges. The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) failed to locate and apprehend Co, leading to the court's administrative decision.
