Sept. 11 Ilocos Norte nonworking day for Marcos Sr. birth anniversary

Malacañang has declared Friday (Sept. 11) a special nonworking day in Ilocos Norte in observance of the 109th birth anniversary of former President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos Sr. Proclamation No. 1421, signed on Tuesday (Sept. 8) by Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G.
