Mekong Sub-region Countries Forge Action Plan Against Drug Trafficking

Representatives from three countries in the Mekong Sub-region, including Cambodia, China, and Myanmar, have developed an action plan to address drug-related issues. In 2025, methamphetamine seizures in East and Southeast Asia reached 349 tons, a 48% increase from the previous year, with Southeast Asia accounting for the majority.
