Drug-laced vape network busted in HCMC, foreigners arrested
A network producing and distributing drug-laced e-cigarettes containing Etomidate has been busted in Ho Chi Minh City, with ten suspects including Singaporeans, Malaysians, and Taiwanese arrested. The drug was marketed with false claims of evading drug tests.
