65 Arrested in Drug-Laced E-Cigarette Ring in HCMC, Including 10 Foreigners
Ho Chi Minh City police have dismantled a large-scale ring trafficking e-cigarettes laced with narcotics, arresting 65 individuals, including key foreign figures. Among those apprehended were 10 foreigners from Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, who allegedly played central roles in the operation.
